I planned a scheduled appointment due to their Mon Wed shade, slice, design for $50. Just be informed following the discussion that it'd be $20 more for that additional ounces of shade they might need to use. I expected for where written down it was situated in the advertisement or even the shop, she couldn't find any. She, being Samantha, just stated that it had been shop plan to cost $10 an ounce for almost any additional shade. No-where achieved it express exactly what the "regular" quantity of shade was. I created my visit personally and confirmed along my hair and wasn't informed this. I talked using the supervisor that evening and he or she could not supply evidence only apologies for that shop plan. I had been not provided another support or any answer. I did so record problem using the BBB, as this really is false ad.
