Salon bad highlighting and haircut

I had my hair highlighted & cut today at 5347 W Loop 1604 N San Antonio, TX 78253. The highlights are one shade from the roots to when the hair was las processed 2 inches down from the scalp and a shade or two lighter for the processed portion of the hair. The hair cut has a big area on the left side that was overcut and my hair is going to have to be shortened or severly layered to fix this.
