I applied exactly the same hairstylist three times within the last year to shade my hair and also to perform a few shows-it worked and so I chose to provide her an image of the design/reduce/shade I needed for myself.

I told her to change it a bit.

I also needed perm therefore the design is likely to be like this image for some months (I would like to observe that my hair are heavy along with a touch ugly naturally and that I understood that perm could be employed by me for some months)...

I used extended hours in the PRICE Blades in Chanhasses-from 5.30pm until 10pm Friday evening wishing that I get what I'd like AND NEVER COMPLAINING ABOUT LONG PROCESS WHATSOEVER. I had been really enthusiastic to obtain a new-style along with a slice. Nevertheless, used to do not get something near to the image I confirmed to her. I don't wish to return to her Since It was a unique event for me personally to get a brand new design/slice and he or she destroyed that... May I get my money-back? How I ought to approach her???

Her name was Constance and before her there is Amanda who didn't obtain a correct shade for my hair...
