Terrible customer service!

My partner bought a Thrilled Thoughts band and bracelets for me personally on Valentines Day. It had been bought like a collection. I loved the collection, however the band was too big for me personally. It had been 8 inches in the place of 7.5 inches. We returned towards the shop two nights later to obtain a smaller-sized band and was educated that people might just return that collection and get exactly the same collection having a smaller band individually to get a more expensive. The entire event destroyed my Valentines Day and created my husband experience real negative. I'll NEVER return to Kay Jewelers or every other shops attached to Kay. The client service is truly poor. The organization workplace got to know anything since it is difficult to discover who to contact for grievances.
