Epair service takes too long

I bought a three-stone, 1 carat t.W. Group in December in the shop in Lexington KY. At that time of buy the salesperson attempted to market me the warranty; my reaction was they have to not need much religion within their item if they're currently referring to rocks receding, etc.! I got the band into the Zona Rosa area Feb for resizing, my spouse desired the warranty so we shelled-out $300.00. The resizing required approximately 3 months.in May among the rocks dropped from the band, after I got the ring set for repairs, I had been informed since I'd not had the ring examined every fraction, they'd not recognize the guarantee; however they easily accepted they'd examined the prongs once the ring went set for resizing. Again, we waited nearly three months for that band to be fixed. Once the band was delivered the changed rock was significantly smaller compared to other two. Again, the band continues to be delivered for repairs! At this time, we've possessed the band for 5 1/2 months and also have used it for around 1 1/2 weeks. Unhappy with Kay Jewelers.
