Not Honoring Waranty

My partner bought a band from Kay Jewelers, Tracy CA 95376 in June. On December 22, I observed the big middle stone was lacking. The store-manager mentioned that alternative of the stone as explained within the guarantee wouldn't be coated since I'd not “documented” band washing & assessments every 6 months. The band was washed in the same Kay Jewelers area many times and that I usually advised the worker that it had been bought there. Not once did any worker recommend the cleansing required examination paperwork.
The shop manager offered us the title & quantity of the area supervisor. We quit numerous communications but never received an answer. We delivered emails for your online customer support... However no answer. I named the store-manager again and was informed the area supervisor was just likely to inform me the band isn't protected. She suggested I contact customer relationships.
I can’t think Kay Jewelers won't remain behind their merchandise and guarantee. Particularly in these difficult financial situations I'd anticipate Kay Dealers to worth their client and recognize their item!
