Never shop with helzberg dealers!!! Deceive to look with Helberg in 2 methods! Last year, I bought a - 3 rocks. I had been informed easily were to invest my cash with Helzberg - I really could update & trade-in my band anytime and get the total quantity I bought it for. I called in July & was informed, "Yes. You are able to update your band so long as spent double its value."!!! They didn't inform me that about the purchase time. I had been really enthusiastic to look knowing I really could maintain the entire worth of what I paid for that band. Additionally - after I told her my bill stated the ring was worth $3500.00 - she stated her, "Documents suggested I just paid $1900.00 for that band."!!! She showed a reimbursement and that I never obtained any reimbursement of any sort. Why might I? I purchased the band, possess the ring but still possess the bill. I expected her why her documents were wrong & her only response was, "I am sorry. You can generate your bill & we're able to review records but our computers demonstrate settled just $1900.00 & our computers might be incorrect but we do clear them every occasionally."!!! At that time of purchase I actually requested - "imagine if I shed my bill?" & the even then reassured me they maintain all their info. Therefore meaningful of the tale:

1. Understand you can only just trade-in a band in case your spend increase its worth - which in my own situation is $3500.00!!

2. Maintain your bill secure!!! THEY DON'T MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS!

And, finally...

3. Find everything written down. You're creating a purchase you could BE STUCK WITH LIKE I'm TODAY!!!
