Horrible Quality Ring, Worse Customer Service, RIPPED OFF

Whenever we acquired the band, we identified 3 issues with it-which we recorded and approached the organization about the 1st of January to possess it fixed (compressed prong, space problem, and environment openings had steel sticking through). They informed us on January 2nd to deliver the band back also it could be fixed. We delivered it back and we'd to cover the delivery. We obtained it back Jan 22nd after intended fix, but nothing have been set. We approached the organization again that evening and informed them nothing have been set, they believed to deliver it again (we taken care of shipping both occasions) and Nathalie informed us the band could be remade. We sent it again. Whenever we first got it back for that second-time (after it had been said to be remade) on January 22nd just one of the 3 issues have been fixed (the steel protruding of the environment openings). The ring wasn't remade, it had been exactly the same band. We approached the organization instantly on January 22nd, but this time around they didn't react. I gave them sufficient time for you to react, however they didn't. I approached them again on March 7 and tell them that today a sidestone had dropped from the band. No reply. I approached them again on March 10th via mail without any reaction again and my fiance named them without any solution with no delivered phonecall. Lastly after publishing an adverse evaluation concerning the organization in a jewelry community on March 11th I acquired a contact from Nathalie informing me to get hold of Jacques who had been responsible for repairs. That same-day I submitted him all my unanswered emails. He replied informing me that I had been "bothering them" that I had been "discourteous" and they noticed my evaluation about the community and might prosecute me for defamation easily didn't take away the article. I've been only ethical and comprehension with this specific organization, and that I have preserved all my emails backwards and forwards together, there's been nothing bothering or discourteous in virtually any of my correspondences.
