Prevent this site no matter what! I requested an engraved band to get a special day. The band was sent broken (poorly damaged) and that I was declined a return. I had been provided an upgraded which maynot get to period, telephoned and talked towards the 'operator' who had been excessively rude and ostensibly called me a liar. To tell the truth, even when the band hadnot been broken, it was poor quality and that I might have been unhappy.
