I buy a bright & orange irradiated diamond group from JTV within this year in late spring. Requested a size 6.5 and inside the one month grace time a rock dropped on the low fringe of the group. I delivered the band to get a reimbursement and was filled once the band was delivered in my experience having a observe that the band have been resized to some 5.5 and since the fix out been completed with a merchant apart from JTV they'dnot return the total amount. 1) I never measured the band 2) I was inside the one month grace time 3) today I am caught having a band that can not be used.

I called customer support each week for three-week voicing my disappointment and was informed to create to Kevin Brabson he might create the ultimate choice. Their reaction was exactly the same - contact fortune charlie, your caught using the band.

I've sent him many more emails with not further reaction. Published a poor evaluation on the site - no surprize it did not get published

Required the band to some local jeweler and it has the band placed on a band stay also it really measured as 5.75.
