Company won't delive

I requested on New Years Eve 12/31 a product that "ARTWORK" did not need to display, but "believe me" it'll be something fantastic. I don't consume, and so I was in my own right brain. I've requested from other Jewelry television shows and things went well. Nowadays is 2/21, I've named them three times to request where them is, they usually declare it's onto itis method, we were overcome using the purchases and it's simply getting additional time. They'd not a problem implementing purchase to charge card within a few minutes. I named recently, and again was informed the same. I told them I had been just starting to be worried about the corporation. He assured me they couldn't maintain company for 10 years if everyone was disappointed. I told him perhaps they remained in operation due to "silly people" like me that put purchases, and that I have been examining them on the web and unearthed that their status wasn't excellent. I had been subsequently advised that perhaps I ought to never conduct business together again and he hung-up on me. EXCELLENT BUSINESS??? I believe NOT! Who besides appearing down on below may do anything about that?
