Sapphire ring

A pearl/platinum/CZ band was bought by web in the Vegas shop of the organization on 26 November. Taken care of with Mastercard. Quantity, $472. Plus income tax, when it achieved British, £67. It had been gathered in the postoffice in British on 23 December. Having used the band for under 7 days, both CZ (Cubic Zirconia) rocks dropped out.

I approached the retail challenge department of the financial institution plus they recommended I contact Landau immediate. This I did so today. The reaction I acquired was this.

"you have to have captured the rock on something, and in addition the 'Lifetime Guarantee' doesn't range from the prongs"

Should you study their webpages concerning the guarantee it doesn't exclude anything, it simply says Promise onto it's items. When the prongs or paws aren't bits of the band... What's?

Anyway, given that I did so nothing unfortunate to harm the band, I barely believe that 1 weekis don is sensible
