Missing ring and money

I bought a band out of this organization in August. The band was fairly in the beginning but as occasion continued, it ruined poorly and also the gem rocks which were inside it started to drop out. I delivered the band in November combined with the $5.00 necessary for delivery and handling. I obtained a notice in the organization in January declaring they couldn't satisfy my request alternative when I had a need to deliver the band using the $5.00 handling charge. Obviously I had been mad since Number 1, I delivered the band using the $5.00 charge plus they do not appear to understand where possibly are and Number 2, the band charge me $45. I would aswell of obtained 2 twenties along with a five and tossed them within the TRASH!!! I'll not order from these people again and can advise everybody considering buying from them that their customer services sucks and their products are crap!!!
