Awful customer service

I purchased a $3,000 14K band in the above shop in Vegas. It had been measured and after carrying it several times, many rocks dropped out. I delivered it to Fran Viders who stated might change the rocks. Certainly he did, although not using the same quality. I used the band several more occasions and again, rocks dropped from another region. I delivered it for that second-time and yes, again, they changed the rocks having a diverse shade and today the band simply seems inexpensive. I have delivered a contact indicating my discontent simply because they declare the organization may recognize their customer support plan. Well, they'venot. I am likely to create to everywhere I - can to state how I'm about that organization. And, if there is anybody out there who says this and may direct me to somebody/someplace to obtain further interest re: this issue, please let me understand.
