Lunch - brow waxing

I went to the store in Dallas, TX @ the Prestonwood Plaza. I went in for nothing special just shopping both my mom and i, on our lunch break! We were greated kindly by a girl that asked if i wanted a free wax. I dont normally wax my eyebrows i just tweeze them because they grow slowly. Since we were there and it was free i was like what the heck. After she was finished she gave me a ticket to take to the front, i thought it was to tip her which i wouldve generously had she not lied. I got to the counter and was told there it was a $20 charge for my waxed eyebrows. Ha they reel you in with kindness and thats how they meet there quota, i shop here often and i am super disappointed, i doubt i will ever go back, this has just left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth!!!
