Otched eyebrow wax!

I went today for a normal eyebrow appointment like I have been doing for 6 months, we have been trying to get my eyebrows thicker so basically it is just a clean up appointment. While I was there she was making comments about how bad my skin was, I'm pregnant! She also got wax on my eyelid and had to clean it up which wasn't the best feeling! I just wanted to get out so I didn't even check my eyebrows. I paid - which I shouldn't have! When I got home I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see one of my eyebrows was now thinner then when I started and much thinner then other one. Basically it looks like it is cut in half! I called to complain and was basically told that she was giving me shape and that the hair was weird. Why would you only give shape to one eyebrow! She told me to put olive oil on to help in grow but I said the whole point of me going there was to get thicker eyebrows and now I have to start all over! She said nothing about refunding me and so I told her I would not be coming back! I told my mom and sister what happened and they will not be going back either. My sister even said that she got her hair cut their and its lopsided! I would love at least to get my $20 back, I feel that is owed to me!
