After failing to email me confirmation of my order (#26397), I emailed and phoned -left messages - each twice. No reply. I contacted them on thier live chat and was told the USPS was notified on Dec. 18th that they would be sending my order to them. So far, USPS has not received the order. I can not contact them. They simply ignore any attempt. I want to cancel the order.
