Horrified!

ULTA has got the worst customer service. I bought and product and transformed my brain since I came across exactly the same collection at another shop for much cheaper. Them was never applied never exposed. It had been a comb collection. I got the item back again to the shop with my bill roughly 7 days 5 later.informed them that I needed to come back the merchandise. They questioned why. I told them the reality that I came across the merchandise elsewhere. Used to donot believe this could have now been an issue. The shop worker requested for my charge card that I used-to buy the item. I gave them the card. He got my charge card and my comb collection that I needed to come back and required it towards the back of the shop. About five minutes later he returned out and stated that I possibly took them. I told him how may I have taken them when you will find cameras everywhere and that I had my bill. He explained "you might have simply set it inside your pocket-like this" and confirmed me how somebody takes and product. I told them that's difficult and that I questioned him why he'd believe this. He explained that it had been simply because they were lacking that identical product. He explained he wouldn't provide me my product back and that I told him I'd record him.

Used to do not grab any product and also to be handled as a result before those clients I had been positively terrified. Never can I return to ULTA again.
