Liner bottom cut from wall bending on bottom

Have been to store several times have mailed you, almost 2 months ago. Sent pictures of pool only few yrs. Old have had pools now for 33yrs. Not one ever did this. I bought liner months ago because it was only one in store at the time. Thinking it was that only, but then spring come discovered wall had bent also cutting liner, lost all of the water I just picked up an extra wall they had one left. The frame on pool is good. Danbury ct. Store manager Jeff was trying to help getting info on warranty. That person was off for the day, he said he`d try tomorrow meanwhile they advised me to email. It would b nice if Namco would even reinburse 1/2 of the wall & liner. Thank you NBS
