I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from Kay's as I can't trust their support and commitment of service and products

I've visited Kay Jewelers shop at Mall of la, Baton Rouge LA to purchase a band for my Fiance. The Salesperson whose title was Keith offered us the band using the dedication when we purchase that evening then we are able to come back following a week to gather our band and he'll return our 10% quantity because they are beginning a purchase inside a week and he is able to provide us a cash-back. There is another woman as salesperson with him. I settled the entire quantity for that ring So When I went there-after per week to obtain the band. To my greatest shock the Store-Manager Kim refused to recognize the revenue individuals dedication and really was rude. She dismissed both her revenue individuals who have been present there and who established they provided us 10% cash-back. I've never witnessed this type of rude and dishonest Supervisor for who customer service is nothing and he or she may compromise losing a company subsequently praising the dedication from her very own salesforce.

I'll never suggest one to purchase something from Kayis when I cannot trust their assistance and dedication of support and items.
