I ordered my diamond earrings which were just sopppose to become 400 i finished spending 7oo and that i don't even know why. Our earrings had a little black spot and today i lately lost the policy handbook now they wont clear or check them for me when actually im sure they've report to top it down i didnt know i settled for this coverage they dont let you know. Please dont spend your cash here. Bad customer support
