Poor Customer Service

Bought gem earrings and ring for my spouse. It had been designed to have a certification of credibility and did not. After 3 months, 3 emails and 5 telephone calls I keep obtaining the same-old tale. We shall contact you in 2 times having an answer. They never contact, I've to call them. I am on my 3rd boss and I obtain the same tale, she'll contact me in 2 times. I am not keeping my breath. I'll never purchase from their website again or recommende them to anybody.
