I purchased a Ulta Chi a few months ago. Approximately 2 weeks ago, it would not work when plugged in... I tried numerous socket location, pressed the reset, etc. I went back to the Ulta Store I purchased it from... No, I did not have a receipt. I understand the policy that they could not just trade me a new one. The manager was shockingly rude. All I asked was what were my options. It had cost me over $140. I asked for a phone number for customer service since they had no answers... She just blew me off... I spend lots and lots of monies there. When I went to check out, again spending a excess of $150. They could not find me in the system. This is crazy, I have received my benefits in the past, they always find me and also I do receive my bulletin once a month as well. Please let me know what my options are. Do you have a # to call for lemon products, etc. If I don't here from you in 3 days. I will take this a new direction. Thank you for your time. Hope to hear from you soon.
