I requested a band in December out of this firm's representative in Virginia. I had been advised I'd contain it for my child's birthday in December. I settled the total amount I had been informed from the consultant that I owed for that band. Used to do not obtain something until late Jan, after I received a ring. After I informed them of the error, I had been informed many times by a number of different reps that I'd need to spend more money to be able to trade the ring for the band, that we had previously requested and taken care of.

The corporation seems to be freely run, and also the repetitions kept contacting me by my first-name, that we discover excessively rude and condescending.
