Shipping Delays on Ring for Granddaughte

On April 30th, I requested an inspiring love band for my granddaugher’s 14th birthday (that was May 14th). Last week I named jcpenny’s to determine why I hadn’t received the ring…. The woman I spoke with explained the cause it required such a long time is basically because I'd requested for engraving and he or she stated they couldn’t engrave the band but that somebody was designed to contact and I would like to know…Well no body actually named to I would like to understand what was heading on…. Then the woman continued to inform me it'd have a week 5 to ship the ring…so I acquired using the PC and sent jcpennys and reported about just how long it required for me personally to obtain my band.

JcPennys sent me back using the day they delivered the band and also the evening I'd obtain the ring…Well I obtained the band nowadays May 16th…. When I sent the organization I told them my daughter would be-at my home earlier this weekend on her behalf birthday…my daughter lives in arlington, tx. 3 hrs from me…I am handicapped and so I can't simply leap within the vehicle and vacation to arlington, tx…anyway my stage is my daughter was below on sunday might 14th (her birthday) and that I didn’t possess the band to provide her…she left yesterday to Return to Arlington…the e-mail I received there is no apology saying these were sorry for that problem.
