I, also have already been had by these folks. I did so purchase their product on 11/14/09 to get a a risk-free test for 17 times, but I NEVER recevied the merchandise. I named about the 17th evening (12/1/09), told them I had never recevied it, nor did I want it at that time. The repetition explained my consideration was today terminated at my demand and that I wouldn't be billed something from that time forward. The next day (12/2/09), that infamous $79.62 was placed on store in my own bill. Therefore, I called back. That representative explained the store would "fall-off", however it would not cost to my consideration since my bill was terminated. Subsequently, on 12/4/09 it was actually charged to my account. Today, I had been livid! 1 I called again, I had been informed to send a duplicate of my declaration displaying the cost because it wasn't displaying to become billed on the finish since my bill was terminated. Therefore, I sent the things they requested for, but never got the phone call I had been guaranteed. Therefore, I named again on 12/7/09, spoke to a rep, demanded a "supervisor", and spoke to another rep who promised my a refund within 5-7 business days. Anything explained to check on on it, and so I named again on 12/11/09, and undoubtedly that repetition stated she noticed no indicator of the reimbursement, but that she would place it in again, and provide it another 5-7 business days.

Is Not there anybody available that may do something positive about this? Just how can they maintain you accountable for anything you never obtained, and also you did anything they've informed one to do? Somebody must quit them!
