I purchased item for what I believed was $3.95. Didn't notice something in online advertisement about automated payment or returning item within 21 to prevent getting billed.

On 2/9/09, approximately 22 days after receiving product, $79.90 was charged automatically to my debit card.

Therefore, one hour 5 has past and that I am compelled to contact the 800-number again to become on store for 7 units to become used in another customer support representative to become on store for 28 units for that fifth repetition to inform me they cannot return me the $79.90, that my consideration was not terminated on 2/9/ and they don't have any evidence that I actually named them on 2/9/09 even though that I'd a return authorization rule, which easily needed the $69.90 returned, I'd have to send back the merchandise That's becoming delivered to me. I had been mad and requested to get a supervisor, she mentioned the manager might declare the same. I extended to claim with "Annie" for five minutes and required to consult with a supervisor. Diane, broker 195, responded and that I experienced the whole tale and he or she apologized for my expertise and mentioned that I'd obtain credit in my own banking account for both $79.90 and $69.90 within 48 - 72 hours.
