Rude Clerk

I bought a set of earrings within the superb department. Within the Rock Hill shop. I liked them... Sadly the hold broke the very first time that I used them. I attempted to come back them towards the shop (I'd the receipt) and was informed with a really rude worker that I required the little label which was mounted on the earrings to come back them—despite my receipt. I had been not informed at that time of purchase that I'd require this label, just the bill! She was so rude and created me feel just like I had been attempting to con her. There have been different clients in the jewelry table—and he or she was so rude and smirked and so I held the bill— I informed her to maintain the earrings these were no-good in my experience damaged! Therefore beware T T Maxx buyers!
