I'd purchased 2 watches in the Westminster shop (at Co) prior to the Holiday and delivered them in the Exceptional shop today. Prior to the return, I requested the table when it'd be okay to return the jewelry products only at that area (Superior Colorado). The vendor is within the same situation as when was bought, using the prices and also the bill. The woman kindly explained yes in the beginning; nevertheless, her perspective turned really rude after obtaining the director/boss's trademark. She explained, "Please return the jewelry what to the shop you purchased, since this simply kills us." Subsequently turned away instantly.

To my protection, I'd requested if it had been appropriate to come back the jewelry products in the various shop. When the plan isn't to simply accept the return product in the additional shops, please clarify it in the beginning; DON'T place the fault onto the clients afterward. Such perspective isn't qualified.

I used to look in the Exceptional TJ Maxx shop often but have remained from it around feasible because the past couple decades. Primarily I've been really discouraged using the bad customer support and poor perspective obtained as of this shop. I really hope TJ Maxx administration acknowledges the significance of customer support and use this shop workers for support enhancement.
