Unauthorized Charges

I tried the FREE trial product and was told it starts from the day I went online. For 10 days to cancel. My statement shows I paid the 14th but they had already taken my money out of my account before I could cancel. They said my 10th day was the 22nd of May and the eleventh day was the 23rd. Hmm and on a sunday and they day they took my money out was on Memorial day. How convienent for them since when you go tot the website to cancel you dont get a comment box at all just a place for your email or the last four of your credit card. Nothing more in order to really cancel the product. They work on loopholes to benefit themselves in order to take your money and use the TERMS and CONDITIONS. Policy to try to make what they are doing right. They are working a scam and I asked for my money back to no avail as of yet and I will be pursuing this matter further. I am tired of these companies using their loopholes to rip people off...
