I visited Zales in Glenwood Springs, company to get a Stone cleaning I requested the lady to please check prongs before washing. She returned out with my Stone in her hand. Well, she claims you'd 2 free prongs and also the stone dropped out throughout the cleaning. She visited the table and returned having a cost of $150.00 the cost to displace 6 prongs since today obviously I've to displace all 6. This can be a $1800.00 Stone excluding the environment purchased 17 years back. Its perfect... I've completed business In Colorado never up below about the western mountain today I understand why. I recall the jeweler who offered me the band conducting business before me, ensuring the prongs were okay before cleansing and he explained never allow anybody clear your band without examining the prongs first. I'm livid that to begin with they smashed my environment subsequently had the nerve to cost me for this. Today I will just wish I obtain the same stone back Or I'll prosecute them.
