Cracked Ring and Crystal Fell Apart

I bought this band in the Mohegan Sun Swarovski Store and dropped in deep love with it instantly. Unfortunatly, I just could put it on for 4 weeks. The band broke across the base and also the gem fell apart. I ripped out my warrenty and returned towards the shop to ask on which must be completed to displace my band. I had been provided a phone number to phone, that we did. The client support consultant I would like to realize that because of the style of the band it might not be fixed also it wasn't eligble to get a complete alternative, but I really could buy another at 1/2 cost.

That Is simply not exceptable in my experience. Spending $230 to get a band that last a couple of months after which another $115 top change it. It truly is worrying me that Swarovski is marketing this band on all their advertisements. I won’t purchase another product from their website.
