Refund Still Missing Thirteen Weeks After Returned Product

Buyer beware! I bought an item on October 10th. It came with a 60 day money back guarantee. The item, Quasar MD Plus, did not work for me so I returned it after obtaining a return number. I returned it on October 30th. I heard nothing. I tried to contact DermaPoise via the phone number listed on the site, which doesn't work and hasn't since October. I tried emailing and messaging via the website. I finally did receive one phone call in late November acknowledging receipt of the returned product, and my account was updated accordingly. The guy was nice and apologetic. He said it may take a bit for the refund to credit to my card. It has been over 6 weeks since that call and I still have not received my credit card refund! It has been almost 13 weeks since I mailed the return!
