I ordered 1 tube of Quick Acne Remedy on Aug. 9. Order ID 27094668 for a 30-day trial period with money-back guarantee.

I returned the tube and followed online return procedure. Cost of item #4891001 (Acne Getaway 101-E) Bin - C1188... $39.99. I returned the item with return form on Aug. 25,06 to the address noted on printed return policy form from the website.

It is now October 24,06 and no refund has ever been received orcredited back to my account. I also have followed up with a photo copy of the return form and letter to the company address requesting an answer as to why I haven't received my promised refund!
