I sent for the duo trial set for which i should have paid £4.95 postage. I did not get on with them so tried to e. Mail to cancel the account but every e. Mail was returned. I was charged in september and october a total of £235.22 and at that point had not rec any more. After hjours of searching i finally found a phone number to contact the company and was told to return the ones i had not used plus the delivery which had been sent which i recieved the day after i made the call. I was told a full refund would be made to my credit card. I returned all of them at the begining of November and have had no refund!!! I can not find the number to contact them again.
