Ulta Store-Poor stocking trashed store

I am complaining about the Ulta store in Sterling Heights Michigan. Every time I go to this store (and it's not a short distance from where I live), whatever I am usually looking for I do not find, the store is out of it. Items are usually open, unpackaged, and have been tried when they aren't testers. Products are not in their place, store is not clean, many products are very understocked. If this doesn't change as soon as possible, i shall take my business elsewhere.
