L'Oreal Sublime tan, broken and stained carpet - tanning lotion

I have been using L'Oreal Sublime moose tan for a long time now. It's my favourite tan therefore I introduced it to my flatmate. We each used it and the time that she went to use it the nozzle broke and has leaked all over the carpet and stained. When she shook it before using it the tan splashed on the walls. This has really put us off your products and such a shame as I really like L'Oreal!!
