L'Oreal conditioner reaction - L'Oreal hair dye

HI there, ive always been a happy buyer of L'Oreal goods but recently i purchased the L'Oreal sublime matte hair dye which included a conditioning hair balm, unfortunatley i used the product and came out in a terrible rash. Can anyone suggest what i should do or what action to take!!
