L'oreal: casting creme gloss gone wrong! - casting creme gloss 713

Ive used this hair dye loads in the past and have been other wise pleased. After just using it i want to ball my eyes out. I used 713 iced latte on my medium blonde hair to go a light caramel brown and am left with dark mousey brown hair. Devestating! It looks awful and because your customer care lines are shut over the weekend theres nothing i can do about it. I would appreciate it if l'oreal would get back to me as this is not my fault and my result is horrible looking hair. I will never be buying a loreal product again! I bet this doesnt happen to cheryls hair!
