Worst customer service ever!

My girlfriend dropped his band that people bought from elsewhere thus we went to Zales (Tyson's Part Mall, Va) to purchase a brand new band for him. Their dimension is 9.5 so we'd to create a special-order for him. The sales associate informed us that it'll occupy to 3 months and we decided to spend and watch for the band. He also stated that he'll contact the maker and allow it to be a speed delivery-so perhaps we are able to obtain it earlier. After 3 months, I named them-and questioned when they get the band, they explained that they're so hectic at that time and got my telephone number to contact me back using the info. I waited for 3 hours and that I chose to contact them back again to "advise". The supervisor explained that she'll contact me back "briefly" since they're hectic with other clients. After twenty four hours, I contact them again and requested for that band again. They stated that they're hectic and that I began getting disappointed and informed them that "I'm a person also and that I have now been awaiting my band for 3 months as well as for them to contact me back". He ultimately decided to examine the standing of my band and he explained he will-call the maker. You know what? They might not discover the band! After 3 months of lost moment, I'd only the toughest customer support expertise.
