One spa

I purchased a voucher from groupon for one Spa facial head and shoulder message manicure or pedicure (treatment last for 120 min). I booked a appointment and till I went to spa they said appointment was cancelled the therapist is not available they can reshedule later which was 1 month later and for next appointment when I went they did the same another reason and gave next appointment again a month later (there I can see many coustomer are having treatment with therapist and they have many more extra therapist they are not treating as real coustomer as we are having groupon coupon) and when I went for next appointment which they are been rescheduling for 2months they did the same I said this time I am not going back they said ok will treat you and the facial and head shoulder message every thing they finished in 30min were the treatment should be for 120 min... They have done pedicure... When asked her it should be 120min. Treatment she was saying she was told to finish at that time. Horrible treatment not very happy with this company... Never ever recommend them... Brought vouch ur for 36pound which don't worth 10pounds.
