Four-Hour Seminar Voucher-Showed Up and Event Was Not Scheduled

I purchased a voucher for Stars Seminar Line from LivingSocial on March 14. The workshop was dated for April 4th from 1pm-5pm. They just do the workshops on Wednesdays and that I will often have another on going course that I consider on Wednesdays, but selected this day since we're on a rest which means this was the only real day I really could attend. I turned up towards the proper handle in the proper period with no one was in the theater. I came across one man within an office upstairs and he explained they'd no events planned on the diary for that evening. I named LS and after performing research, the man explained they had an identical criticism within the month of Goal for just one of the workshops aswell. They reached out towards the merchant without any reaction. I appeared online and also the merchant just includes a small site having a facebook link along with a telephone number and also the facebook site is seldom applied. I named the amount and remaining messages but haven't obtained a call-back. There's no additional reference to this merchant whatsoever online. I had been informed it by LS it'd consider 3 times to analyze and attempt to get in touch with the seller, but that I might not get my money-back and would need to have a credit for that add up to purchase another voucher later. I told them used to donot want to buy and was informed by an other woman when the seller has the capacity to reschedule the day and that I can't attend that I'd just qualify for the credit simply because they did reschedule. I selected each day particularly that I'd have the ability to proceed and also the merchant didn't provide about the course. Therefore even when they reschedule, why must I be anticipated to visit the rescheduled day or shed my cash? Particularly because you stated that this merchant has had a criticism simply last month. Why might I do want to reschedule when they curently have a routine of not turning up and doing the workshops? The seller didn't provide onto itis guarantee and so I must get my cash back. I am still waiting to listen to back, but when ultimately, I-do not obtain a reimbursement of my cash I'll record this towards the BBB. Following this, I simply need my money-back and that I do not wish to cope with the seller again.
