H&R Block are liars!

We've been looking to get our $400 again from these jerks for over per week today. We've been lied to and simply need our money-back! We attempted to put an order online for $400 for the boy to get a pocketbike. The purchase didn't proceed thru since the merchant didn't possess the product in-stock. Nicely H&R Block held showing us to hold back twenty four hours for that cash to become put-back about the card. They reveal that people need to contact the seller and also have them deliver a fax stating it is okay to produce the cash for them. The seller won't do this since the purchase never went through simply because they did not possess the product in, consequently they cannot launch money-they never had each time we contact customer support we keep in touch with somebody that cannot speak English. I'm so tired of calling them-and obtaining the run around. All we would like is our boyis $400 back he worked difficult to save up! Don't actually get one of these simple cards!
