I been grooming my dog at petco for almost 8 years, today Sunday 8-11-13 I got appointment to groom my dog at noon but because the traffic I was late for 15 minutes so when I got there these people will not take my dog for any reason they but a brick wall in front of me they said they don't have time to talk to me or make another appointment or have a good day I just think this is reduceles after all these years at least try to do something just try that's all I drove almost 30 minutes to get there but they didn't care at all so for this reason I will never ever walk to petco again there is lots of grommers out there and its cheaper to so after all that I thing they are so unprofessional and that's a really bad customer service.
