Groomer Refused Dog Appointment Over 15 Minutes Late

I have been grooming my dog at Petco for almost 8 years. Today, Sunday 8-11-13, I had an appointment at noon to groom my dog, but because of traffic I was 15 minutes late. When I got there, these people would not take my dog for any reason. They put a brick wall in front of me. They said they did not have time to talk to me or make another appointment, or even to have a good day.

I think this is ridiculous after all these years. At least try to do something, that is all. I drove almost 30 minutes to get there, but they did not care at all. For this reason I will never walk into Petco again. There are lots of groomers out there, and it is cheaper too. After all that, I think they are very unprofessional, and that is really bad customer service.
