Beware the Grooming "Deals"

Last week, I had a voice mail and then received a 2nd call from this Petco offering me a grooming "special". The lady on the phone told me they had this great $24.99 special that included a groom. That sounded low but I was very specific with her about everything that was included. She said it included a cut and they were trying to get business to their grooming location there.

When I showed up today, I was told that it did not include a cut and there was no way that I was told what I was told (basically accused me of lying).

I was treated rudely. The said thing is that I am a frequent Petco customer and have previously been very pleased with them. This was just very sad.

They did not honor what I was specifically told was the deal. I wouldn't believe anything that is not in writing after this incident.
