Don't take your pet to Petco for grooming

I Scheduled an appointment at Petoc to get my little Maltese bathed and groomed. I told them she was a rescue and I didn't want here to be there any longer than necessary. They gave me a 1:00pm appt. And said to give them 3 hours. When I called at 4:30pm to see if she was ready they had not even started on her. I told them to forget it I was coming to pick her up. When I got there 10 minutes later they were 3 groomers sitting on a bench in front of the store smoking. I went in and asked for my little baby. When the girl at the counter brought her to me she just set her down and turned and walked away. I will NEVER take my pets to Petco again. I don't know how long she would have been there if I hadn't called because I don't think they would have called me.
