Lies and wasting my time

Never ever ever again will I shop here! I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from them, and make sure that everyone I run into in the cfa and TICA show ring environment knows how awful they are! They blatantly lied to me on two occasions, left my order sitting in processing for over two days, and have horrible customer service. Brittany the customer service rep I was dealing with my lied and said the number I gave for my vet was incorrect, which is a total lie, and upon testing the number immediately after she said this it went straight through to my vet. I then asked them to expedite my shipping for all the time they had wasted their poor customer service and their lies and they refused because they felt they were dealing with the situation correctly. I don't know what is worst the fact they they believe they are managing this company correctly, or just the overall horribleness of them in general.
