When activing my phone I asked for a phone number where I live. Common sense right? I was promised I would get one. 3 times the company made me discontinue service and lose all money paid (only hours after buying service) before they would re-issue a correct number for my area. Each time I got lies that "do it again, we promise you will get the right number". The third time today they admitted the "automatic" assigning of numbers was giving wrong information (their systems fault) but REFUSED to give me the right number, I already paid for 3 times. They are deceitful and lied on the phone for hours (a total of 7 hours at my expense) without resolution. And the last time the supervisor keep me waiting on purpose as she didn't want to talke to me. I thought TRACFONE was a rip off, but this company associated with tracfone is the WORST ever. My advice, DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company.
