I was recently in a really bad car accident that left me aalmost dead. I was in a comma and have just recently started getting my life back after loosing my apt my car and job and pretty much everything that was my life. I have just recently gotten a new job but not paid yet. Still living with a friend after loosing everything. I called to try and make payments on my acct which was about 3 to 4 months over due I explained my situation and was told there was nothing the could do and then told me they were going to send it to collections. I knew this could not be true how was it that I was wanting to pay them just needed a little bit of time but they could not understand or work with me. I asked to speak to a manager and coincidentally was "disconnected " I called back and was greeted by a new agent and asked to speak to a manager. But gave her the option of hearing me out to see if she could help and she did!!! She was able to work with me and listen me out to help me and she sounded truly sincere in her tone not saying the right things but being a person helping another person. Im very glad I called back and got my call routed to Pamela. Emp # 01283 she is a true treasure to direct tv and am very grateful of her helping me.
