We used to have altel mobile but when we moved to okeechobee, fl altel did not work very well so we looked into changing our mobile service. We researched cingular (now at&t) and was told about the bars being the best and they told us okeechobee would work because we asked them before signing on to please check. We signed up 8/29/06. Well it did work for a few months then we started loosing bars and service. It would go off then later would start working again. It would be good for a while and then go off no service again. This went on and on. We wold call and complain and they always said it was towers.

Just recently we lost service for two days and called them. The person we spoke to sent us over to port st luci to a company store (40 miles) to change our sim card. Phone worked for a while and just this past week end Sat the 12 of april the phone service went dead again for 3 days. I called them and went through my same routine this is begining to get a little old. I e-mailed them. Then my husband called them again MOnday afternoon and got nowhere he asked for a manager and the lady told him no she was as far as he could go. He called again Tuesday to as them to let us out of our contract so we could get a service that would work in this area. They would not but told him they woudl give us a credit of $69.00 and him a free phone for 30 days then we would have to sign up for 2 more years.

I recieved an e-mail back saying she check and saw we was taken care of by the credit and 30 day free phone. I e-mailed back and said that was not satifactory we were not going to sign for 2 more years so did not want the free phone. (my husbands is giving him trouble) we did not want the $69.00 dollars that we wanted service and asked for a manager again and was told no again. Why do we want to sign up with them again when we do not have good service? Our contract is up 8/29/08 but with loosing service and not being able to use our phone is not acceptable. We need phone service and that is what we are paying for and was told the service would work here.

We no more that hung up the phone and at 5: o'clock our phones went off again so we do not have service again. I think we have been very patience with this company. If they were concerned about their customers they would understand our problem. They do not seem to be concerned about our no service. As I am writing this I have no phone service and do not know if I will have it Wendsday morning. I am tired of calling and am now getting up set. This is not acceptable business. And no managers?
